Caliper Bleeder Screw Repair Kit For Harley Davidson

Until now a stripped Harley Davidson brake caliper bleeder screw meant riders were faced with the very high cost of replacing an entire brake caliper assembly. This unique precision machined two-piece repair kit, is a fast, safe, inexpensive and reliable fix and is available for most calipers in use today.

Instructions for use.
1/8" clearance in caliper wall is required.
1. Drill out the Bleeder hole to 25/64" diameter, 3/4" deep.
2. Tap with a bottoming tap (7/16-20) at least 10 threads. Remove chips.
3. Clean threads with solvent and allow to dry.
4. Apply a high strength sealer (loctite 271) and allow to cure for 20 minutes.
